4.47 | Violation of University Rules or Procedures
4.47.A | Violations of the published university rules and procedures will be referred to the appropriate office to be reviewed and potentially adjudicated through the applicable institutional process.
4.47.B | University Housing Requirement: Full-time students enrolled in 12 or more semester hours who are under the age of 20 by the first-class day are required to live in university housing during the first two (2) years following their high school graduation. In order to reside on campus in the residence halls during the fall or spring semesters, an undergraduate student must be enrolled for a minimum of nine hours.
